Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using ChumMate ("the Service") operated by Triangleye LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ChumMate provides an AI-based virtual assistant service that integrates with various messaging platforms and productivity tools to automate tasks and provide information. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords and to never share your password with anyone.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction including but not limited to copyright or trademark laws. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit any viruses, worms, defects, or any items of a destructive nature
  • Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms
  • Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
  • Collect or store personal data about other users
  • Use the Service for spamming, phishing, or other malicious activities
  • Generate or facilitate illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Use the Service to transmit explicit, offensive, or abusive content

6. User Conduct and Permanent Ban

You agree to use the Service in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. Any use of the Service that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, abusive, explicit, or otherwise objectionable may result in immediate termination of your account and a permanent ban from using our Service. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Using the Service to generate or distribute explicit or adult content
  • Using the Service for abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior
  • Attempting to manipulate or exploit the AI for harmful purposes
  • Using the Service to generate hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Repeated violations of these Terms or any other policies

7. No Refund Policy

You acknowledge and agree that all payments made for the Service are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to subscription fees, one-time payments, or any other charges associated with the Service. You understand that your satisfaction with the Service is not a condition for receiving a refund. If you do not like the Service or choose not to use it after payment, you will not be entitled to any refund.

8. No Liability for Data Loss

You acknowledge and agree that Triangleye LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
  • Any data loss, corruption, or destruction that may occur through the use of the Service
  • Any errors, viruses, or other harmful components that may be transmitted through the Service
  • The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information provided by the Service

You expressly relieve Triangleye LLC from any and all liability arising from your use of the Service or the provision of the Service by Triangleye LLC.

9. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Triangleye LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Triangleye LLC and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or replace the Service at any time, without notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of , without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
